Hello!

Thank you for your amazing work and your generosity in sharing Duik with the world... amazing stuff my friend.

I've created a template project using Duik 15 that I use as a basis for many animation jobs. I've put a considerable amount of time into the rig. Of course, now that I've installed Duik Bassel i get the following error:

"After Effects warning: This project contains a reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference: DUIK_Two_Layer_IK"

Is there any way to update this AE file so that this error no longer appears? Of course, the Duik 15 rig still works and I don't have any need to continue adjusting the template. But it would be nice to not have this error pop up every time I open the file.

Possible? Thanks!

Reuben

The only way to get rid of this error is to install Duik15 for the version of After Effects you're using: the installer will add the missing effect in the pseudo effects list of After Effects. You could then remove the Duik script files from the ScriptUI Panels folder if you don't need them anymore, the pseudo effects will remain available. (The only one you have to keep if you're using Duik Bassel is the one and only Duik Bassel.jsx file)

Hi,

I have the same problem. I upgraded AE 15.0.1 to 15.0.02 and experienced crashes and the same popup warning showed up. i reinstalled the 15.0.1 version but Duik was still not working.

where can i find theDuik 15 version? i searched our site but could not find it.

Kind regards,

Nils
