crashing on autorig and slow on everything else

I'm having lots of problems and I'm not sure if its Duik or something wrong with my system.
Duik takes a while to start up and is generally slow to respond to any commands. The constraints tab just crashes after effects. I found that I can open it separately in a new panel but Auto Rig crashes After Effects anyway.
I'm on a beefy new computer and running the latest AE 2020 and Duik 16
Duik is not the only extension I have problems with. They are all seeming slow and buggy these days. Duik is the only one that completely crashes though.
Windows 10
AMD 3900x
64 GB RAM
GTX 1080ti
