realing elbow or knee joint after rigging

Hey there,

What is the best proceedure to slightly realign an elbow or knee rotation that looks slightly out of alignment after its been "rigged"?
can i change anchor points or the art layer etc?

Animation and walk cycle which comp is best

Just after a workflow tip:

Do you all, create your IK bones, custom controllers (like mouth shapes) etc and walk cycle in the same comp? or are you rigging it all up and then sending your controllers to another comp?

Curious on how you guys would go about a brief for a fully line art (vector) character and scene. The background colour could change so it needs to have no fill colour just stroke outline.
