Changing structure length after rigging.

Is it possible to change the length of structures in an IK chain after they have been rigged?
I have a rigged character that I need to duplicate many times and adjust size of the limbs and I hope I won't have to recreate the structures each time.

Unfortunately no, you can't easily do that, it's quicker to re-rig again.
IK rely on structure lengths to compute the angles, thus these lengths cannot easily be changed after IK creation...
