limiting range of extension of legs

Post by OpsTao » Mon Nov 18, 2019 1:01 am

I have a rigged character with a Duik walk cycle applied. The motion is working for legs, but legs are extending too far. They straighten out too much. How can this be controlled, using the walk cycle parameter settings or some other way?

I should add that I am also wanting to adjust the walk cycle to get closer to a jogging appearance – the character is on a treadmill. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can just move the controller of the body/hips to change the way the character is standing, or lower the walk speed (which will lower the amplitude of the steps)
