How can I import a rigged Charactern to a new composition?

Post by claudiav » Wed Jul 03, 2019 1:52 pm

Dear all,

I'm animating a scene with several Characters and I have rigged them all in different comps. Is there a way of importing 2 of them together in the same composition without messing all up?

Thanks a lot!

The easiest way is to add the rigged compositions to your main comp and use the extract controllers tool: https://rainbox-dev.github.io/DuAEF_Dui ... ontrollers

My advice: duplicate the rigs first, or store them in a separate Aep, before extracting the controllers, just in case you'll need to make some changes to the rig.
