Error is on my win 8 also .. should I switch my operating system to win 7? I think that will be suitable for it.. maybe.. :(

No, I don't think the Windows version could change anything... Apart from re-installing After Effects which could solve some issues!

You were right! Problem was just because of some dll virus that was problematic to prevent me installing any setup ..
