I don't know any tutorial to do this, but the autorig do rig quadrupeds,
it's explained briefly in the user guide, which you can download in pdf for free too (https://rainboxprod.coop/en/help/#guides)
We may make a tutorial about this one of these days... I'll post here if we do!
