Can't rig two characters in the same Comp

Hi all,
I am new to duik and pretty excited to use. Great tool!!
I was trying to learn how to use it and I get a very strange error.
I have one character already rigged on the left and I did by doing in the "normal" way with layers.
On the right I was trying to use the puppet tool and create a rig with bones. Everything is fine but when I try to rig the second character something happens to the first and the rotation expression on the torso layer get screwed up. I really can't figure out why the rigging action on the second character interacts with the torso layer of the first character. You can see the type of error on the screenshot if that hepls
