NEED HELP Automation Walking Cycle doesn't work

Post by Lalla Ardiana » Wed Jul 03, 2019 4:41 am

1. I try a tutorial from Jake In Motion about Character Rigging [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i63vPXJ00r0]. So far's good, but when I try AUTOMATION WALK CYCLE there's a problem. Why is my character walking like this?

The hands are swinging together with feet, which is that hands should swing opposite the feet. On the video, automation walking cycle is going well, but not with mine. Can you help me?

Sorry about my language, I'm not so good in English. Thank you so much 🙏

Hi,

This should be auto-detected, but it seems it has failed.

You can fix this with the effects on the controllers of the arms, you'll see a "side" property, change it to either left or right on each arm and it should be walking better ;)
