Spine parts disconnects

Hello everybody,
I've came across a problem while rigging a character:
My "Auto-Stretch" box in Feet and Hands controllers is checked by deafult - I can easily uncheck this box and when I move these controllers everything is alright, there are no spaces between parts of the limbs.
But when it comes to the parts of the Spine, I cannot find any option, which would allow me to prevent Hips, lower Spine and upper Spine from disconnecting while moving the Hips controller.
Any idea how to prevent this from happen?

Unfortunately there's no way yet to prevent this. It's in my todo list, but it's complex mathematics and I did not have time yet to implement it ;)
